Fluentware Purchasing Statement

Delivery Time
 
When you place an order, your delivery time will be based on your method of payment.

For credit card or other instant payment methods, a registration key will be emailed immediately following the close of the instant payment transaction to the contact specified in the purchase request unless otherwise specified in a written (via email, fax or mail) notice by the purchase request contact.

For purchase order payment methods, a registration key will be emailed after a verbal confirmation from the companies accounting department has been acquired by a Fluentware Representative. The email will be sent to the contact specified in the purchase request unless otherwise specified in a written (via email, fax or mail) notice by the purchase request contact.

For any other forms of payment, a registration key will be emailed after the purchase funds have been secured by Fluentware or sufficient proof has been acquired to ensure proper payment unless otherwise specified in a written (via email, fax or mail) notice by the purchase request contact.

Any orders paying for the one year subscription option will receive an additional subscription key via the same method of payment as the Product.

Any orders paying for the CD media delivery option will have their CDs mailed within 10 business days of the emailed registration key. All media will be shipped to the contact specified in the purchase request unless otherwise specified in a written (via email, fax or mail) notice by the purchase request contact.

 
Shipping Costs
 
All shipping costs related to CD media delivery are included in the purchasable CD media delivery option.

Given that the full version of all software products are available for download from the Fluentware website (www.fluentware.com) at all times, no shipping costs or options other than the CD media are required.

 
Returns
 
Given that all software products are offered  for evaluation before the purchase, no refunds will be honored. Please ensure that you have evaluated the software product thoroughly before purchasing the registration key. Once a registration key has been emailed to the contact specified in the purchase request, the transaction has been completed and a refund is no longer possible.

In the event that you need more time to evaluate a software product please send an email to support@fluentware.com with "Evaluation Extension Request" in the subject line. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Fluentware, we certainly want to help you. Please contact us directly and have available the contact name, company and order number from the purchase receipt
